My Voicemail Isn't Working Properly

Issue: Calls aren't going to voicemail
- Check that voicemail is enabled in Settings > Phone > Voicemail.
- Make sure your call handling rules aren't routing unanswered calls to a different destination.

Issue: I'm not getting voicemail notifications
- Check your app notification settings (see article above).
- Make sure your notification email address on file is correct; voicemails can be emailed to you as audio attachments.

Issue: I can't hear my voicemails
- Make sure your device volume is turned up.
- Try listening through the RingCentral web portal at https://service.ringcentral.com instead of the app.

Issue: My greeting isn't playing
- Re-record or re-upload your greeting and save.
